This writ petition has been filed with prayer, inter alia, that a direction be issued to the Respondent No. 2, Tehsildar where the Case No. 1582 of 2016 (Sharda Prasad Vs. Jagannath) is pending to decide the same within a stipulated period.
Considering the limited prayer made and the fact that the matter is pending consideration since the year 2016, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction upon the Respondent No. 2 to decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law.
