"1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents authority to give the compensation to the petitioners of their houses and shops who is situated in Village-Dighiya, Tehsil-Meha, District Allahabad on the basis of commercial rate/residential rate.
2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents authority to decide the representation dated 20.10.2020 for compensation of the petitioners who is pending before the respondents authority."
Having failed to establish the title over the land in question, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of petition.
Prayer is allowed.
