The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to the respondent No.2 i.e Sub-Divisional Officer, Rasra, DistrictBallia to decide the Suit No. T-201115090400011 (Vishwanath Vs. Santosh) under Section 210 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, within stipulated period.
It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that since the matter is pending consideration since 2001 she is suffering irreparable loss.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No.2 i.e. Sub-Divisional Officer, Rasra, DistrictBallia to consider and decide the aforesaid matter in accordance with law positively within a period of one year from the date of submission of self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
