Heard.
Pursuant to the order dated 30.06.2021, learned standing counsel has received instructions from the third respondent, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil, Saidpur, District, Ghazipur. It is noted therein that against the demarcation order/proceedings, a restoration application has been filed by the aggrieved parties which is pending.
In view thereof, this Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to participate in the restoration application.
In the event, the petitioner appears and files objection, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously after hearing of the parties preferably within four months, provided, there is no other impediment.
