Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
By the instant petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
“ A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No. 1 to decide the case No. 07575 of 2019 computerized case No. T201914360307575 (Kiran Versus Salikram).”
On perusal of the pleadings and material placed on record, this Court does not find any reason to expedite the case.
In view thereof, petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate expedite application. In the event, such an application is filed, it is expected the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
