Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
By the instant petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
“ A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2, i.e. Naib Tehsildar (Atraulia)/Tehsildar Tehsil Burhanpur, District- Azamgarh to decide the mutation case no. 02481 of 2019 Under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 as amended 2016 (Baldei Vs. Dhamani) expeditiously within a stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court.”
On perusal of the pleadings and material placed on record, this Court does not find any reason to expedite the case.
In view thereof, petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate expedite application. In the event, such an application is filed, it is expected the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
