Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing mode.
Shri Shikhar Tandon, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Avneesh Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent University submits that in case the petitioner makes an application for being provided the link for submission of application form of the 5th Semester B.A.L.L.B. five year course, his application shall be decided within a period of two weeks.
In view of the submission made by Shri Shikhar Tandon, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Avneesh Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent University, no useful purpose will be served by exchanging the pleadings and keeping this writ petition pending before this Court.
With consent of Shri Deepak Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Shikhar Tandon, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Avneesh Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent University, the writ petition is being disposed of finally with the following directions:
Charan Singh University, Meerut, for being provided the link for submission of application form of 5th Semester B.A.L.L.B. five year course, along with a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
