Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Record reveals that after an order was passed on 07.04.2018, the petitioner had filed a Restoration Application on 24.07.2019 in case No. 01/1995-96 now re numbered as Case No. 387/2016 (Computer Case No. T- 2016015006387) (Nand Ra vs. Chander @ Chandrawati), pending before the Court of Sub-Divisional Officer, Goverdhan, District Mathura. Grievance of the petitioner is that no orders were being passed on the Restoration Application and that the matter was being lingered.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Restoration Application dated 24.07.2019 in case No. 01/1995-96 now re numbered as Case No. 387/2016 (Computer Case No. T- 2016015006387) (Nand Ra vs. Chander @ Chandrawati) be decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, certified by the counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
