If the petitioner is aggrieved by the encroachments made over the rasta situate on the Plot No. 276 Ga then he may take recourse to the provisions of Section 25/ 26 of the U.P. Revenue Code. If an application is filed within a period of two weeks from today the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within a month thereafter.
With these observations, accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
