Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The instant writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent, District Inspector of Schools, Ballia to hold election to the Committee of Management of the Institution.
Shri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that elections to the Committee has been held on 27 December 2020, and the elected committee has been duly recognized on 8 January 2021. It is urged that the cause no longer survives.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
