Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
In pith and substance, the petitioners are seeking a direction dated 04.11.2020 commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the objection filed by the petitioners against the notice dated 12.11.2020, expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel very fairly submits that in case the aforesaid objection is still pending, the same would be decided at the earliest.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, with the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of asking the Competent Authority/respondent no.2 to decide the aforesaid objection expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. Needless to say that the Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
