Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Vikas Budhwar, learned counsel for respondents.

The present writ petition has been filed inter-alia with following reliefs:-

(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the Annexure-H2 dated 20.03.2020 published by the respondent company cancelling the location for which the petitioner has applied without assigning any reason whatsoever.

(II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authority to restore/continue with the selection process from the point where it was arbitrarily stopped/cancelled i.e. (FEV) for the application no.154546689935280 and complete the same within a time bound manner.

(III) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authority to allot the Retail Outlet Dealership to the petitioner pursuant to his application no.154546689935280 in a time bound manner.

(IV) And/or may pass any other and further orders which this Court may deem fit and proper on the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice.

(V) To award the cost to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that before passing the order dated 20.03.2020, no opportunity of hearing has been extended to the petitioner and the same is hit by principles of natural justice and in case no reprieve is extended, he would suffer irreparable loss and injury. He further informed to the Court that regarding his grievance he has already moved representation dated 16.05.2020, which is still pending

consideration.

Shri Vikas Budhwar, learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in case the representation is directed to be decided by the Competent Authority.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, on consent, the writ petition is disposed of asking the respondent/competent authority to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate decision on the representation/application dated 16.05.2020 in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order.

The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner along with a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.

The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
