The order impugned dated 01.04.2013 was passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Meerut on the application of petitioner under Section 125 Cr.P.C. along with Case No. 66 of 2012 for custody of the children under Section 7 of Guardian and Wards Act.
From perusal of record, it transpires that writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time.
Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
