Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Devesh Vikram, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Shri Santosh Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for Kanpur Development Authority.
Petitioner is before this Court with the request to command the Vice Chairman, Kanpur Development Authority, Kanpur Nagar- respondent no.2 to allow the petitioner's representation/application for allotment of flat in his favour and pass the allotment order in the name of the petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel as well as Shri Tripathi, learned counsel for Kanpur Development Authority very fairly submit that in case petitioner approaches the competent authority, definitely his grievance would be redressed at the earliest.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, on consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction that in case petitioner moves a fresh application before the respondent no.2 within ten days from today, this Court hopes and trust that the Authority concerned would proceed in the matter and pass appropriate order expeditiously.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
