Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Shri Vikas Budhwar, learned counsel for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd.

By means of present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction commanding the respondent no.2 to issue No Objection Certificate under Rule 144 of the Petroleum Rules 2002 within the time stipulated, for the location situated at land at Gata/Khasra no.1208 village Mataundh Gramin, Pargana and Tehsil Banda, District Banda.

Learned counsel for the respondents fairly submit that grievance of the petitioner would be looked into and redressed by the Authority concerned at the earliest.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, on consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of asking the District Magistrate, Banda (respondent no.2) to look into grievance of the petitioner and take final call in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of copy of this order.

The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.

The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
