The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that respondent nos.4 to 7 had encroached upon a certain public well. In this regard, an application has been moved by the petitioner before the District Magistrate, Azamgarh on 13.11.2020.
Without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the representation filed by the petitioners on 13.11.2020 be decided by the District Magistrate within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
