The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the Suit being Suit No. 582 of 1998-1999 (Computer Case No. T201816670502663), Kauleshwar and Ors. vs. Babani and Ors. under Section 229-B of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, was not being decided and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the case be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Suit being Suit No. 582 of 1998-1999 (Computer Case No. T201816670502663), Kauleshwar and Ors. vs. Babani and Ors. under Section 229-B of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, be decided within a period of one year from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
