The petitioner alleging that he had been dispossessed from the plot over which he had an abadi patta has filed the instant writ petition.
The instructions as have been received by the learned Standing Counsel indicate that no dispossession of the petitioner had been done.
Under such circumstances, no order is required to be passed in the writ petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the dispossession then he may file a Civil Suit.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
