At the outset it is pointed out that the election to the Committee of Management of Rashtriya Inter College, Jabda, Amroha, has since been concluded on 12 January 2021.
The instant writ petition was filed assailing the electoral college. By order dated 25 January 2021, the District Inspector of Schools, Amroha, has recognized and attested the signature of Shri Mohar Singh, Manager.
In the circumstances, the cause at this stage does not survive.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take remedy before the Regional Level Committee, Moradabad. In the event, an objection is filed by the petitioner within two weeks from date, it is expected that the Regional Level Committee shall consider and decide the objection by a reasoned and speaking order preferably within twelve weeks thereafter, after notice to all the aggrieved parties including Shri Mohar Singh.
