Heard Sri Ram Kumar Yadav, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Anil Pratap Singh Raghav, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
By the instant writ petition petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 12.2.2020 passed by Sub-Divisional Magistrate/Licensing Authority cancelling the fair price shop licence of the petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel at the very outset submits that against the order impugned herein, remedy of filing appeal is available.
In view of above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as may be available to him in accordance with law.
