Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Sri Abhay Nitin Singh holding brief of Sri Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the respondent no. 4.

This writ petition has been filed praying for the following relief:

"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing of the impugned electricity recovery citation dated 24.9.2021 amount Rs. 2,07,325/- + C.C. + PF issued by the Tehsildar Jasrana, District Firozabad."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to pay the entire amount in easy installments.

Learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 states that petitioner may approach the authority concerned for installments Under Para 6.14 of the U.P. Electricity Supply Code, 2005.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for installments in terms of para 6.14 of the U.P. Electricity Supply Code, 2005 which shall be considered and an appropriate order shall be passed by the authority concerned in accordance with law.

It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
