Heard Shri Akhilesh Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner; Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel as well as Shri Sunil Kumar Misra, learned counsel for the respondents.

The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to respondent Corporation to return the amount of Rs.10,49,567/- with 18% interest and Rs.5,00,000/- to the petitioner as compensation. It is submitted that for redressal of his grievance the petitioner has also moved a representation dated 22.8.2019 to respondent Corporation but the same has not been decided as yet.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the respondent Corporation to decide the aforesaid representation in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within two months from the date of production of copy of this order.

The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.

The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
