Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Pankaj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Gaon Sabha.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the application/suit filed by the petitioner on 18.6.2019 for exchange was pending in the Court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Rudhouli, District Basti. A prayer has, therefore, been made for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid suit/case.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid case/suit expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the application/suit filed by the petitioner on 18.6.2019 be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
