The petitioner aggrieved by that fact that a Nali was being made to run over the plot no. 289 which was his personal bhumidhari had approached the High Court by means of Writ - C No. 13618 of 2019. The writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate to take an appropriate action for the redressal of the grievance of the petitioner.
The District Magistrate after a proper measurement has found that Nali was not running over the petitioner's bhumidhari land. Under such circumstances, no interference is warranted in the instant writ petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
