A supplementary affidavit has been filed today by the learned counsel for the petitioners. It may be kept on record.
On the last occasion, when the case was taken up, learned Standing Counsel had brought this fact on record that the constructions had been stopped on account of the order dated 15.4.2019 which was passed by the District Magistrate, Mirzapur.
If that is the case, the petitioners may either get the order dated 15.4.2019 recalled or may contest the same.
With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
