The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the Case No. 2603/2015 (Computerized Case No. C201503000002603) filed by the petitioner under Rule 285(I) of the U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Rules was not being decided and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the case be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that Case No. 2603/2015 (Computerized Case No. C201503000002603) filed by the petitioner under Rule 285(I) of the U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Rules be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
