The affidavit which has been filed by the Tehsildar also shows that there are cases filed by the petitioner which are pending and have yet not been decided finally.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Mutation Cases No. T201805310500723, T20150531051891, T201805310500725 and T201805310500274 be decided expeditiously within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioners' counsel.
The writ petition is disposed of.
