It has been submitted that the husband of the respondent no. 3 had filed an Appeal/Revision being Appeal/Revision No. D202105470000046/2021 against the order dated 16.1.2015 which was pending consideration. Therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the Appeal/Revision be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Appeal/Revision No. D202105470000046 / 2021 be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
