Learned Standing Counsel has opposed the prayer and has stated that the Division Bench in the Board of Revenue is now functional and, therefore, petitioner should approach the Board of Revenue to get his Restoration Application No.475 of 2020 as well as Review Application No.2390 of 2016 decided.
Under such circumstances, without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Restoration Application No.475 of 2020 as well as Review Application No.2390 of 2016 of the petitioner, be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order before the Board of Revenue. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
