Hon'ble Siddhartha Varma,J.
Aggrieved by the orders dated 16.9.1991 and 26.3.1992, the petitioner had filed a Recall/Restoration Application on 17.10.2015. The grievance of the petitioner is that this application is not being decided. A prayer has, therefore, been made for expeditious disposal of the Recall/Restoration Application.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid Recall Application.
Without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the Recall/Restoration Application dated 17.10.2015 filed by the petitioner be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
