In view of the fact that the instructions reveal that proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code have been initiated, no further order is required to be passed. However, it is being observed that the proceedings would be concluded within the time stipulated under Rule 67(6) of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016.
With these observation, the writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
