The petitioner by way of present petition seeks direction to the respondents to decide representation preferred by the petitioner on 9.12.2020.

अतः जएतद्द्वा र ्ार् जनोटिटिस जदिी ज ार्ती जहै जिक जआप जिविलम्बतम् ज07 िदिविस जके जअंदिर जईंटि जभिट्ठे के जपार्ये जके जसार्पेक्ष जिव ि नयमन जशुल्क, पलोटथन जवि जआविेदिन जशुल्क जवि जदिेय जब्यार्जि ज मार् जकरके चार्लार्न जकी जप्रित जकार्या्लय जमे जप्रस्तुत जकरे र , अन्यथार् जकी जितिस्थित जमे जईंटि जभिट्ठार् जबन्दिी जकी जकार्यर्याविार्ही करते जहुए जआपके जिविरूद्ध जिनयमार्नुसा र ् जकार्यर्याविार्ही जकी ज ार्येगी।

The petitioner as per averments, filed his reply on 9.12.2020. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not taking any final decision on the show cause notice and are also not permitting the petitioner to operate brick-kiln situated at Village Bakechor Post Dhowal, District Basti.

Taking into consideration the fact that no decision is taken on the notice dated 18.11.2020, we dispose of this petition with direction to the Authority concerned to take a decision on the show cause notice after considering the reply preferred by the petitioner within a period of thirty days from communication of this order.

We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
