The petitioner, by way of present petition, seeks following relief:-
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents authorities to make suitable arrangement for the "Chak Marg" from "Nali No.89" which is out of use for the last about 50 years, in village Gambhirpur Tehsil Bilhaur District Kanpur Nagar so that the farmers of Arazi Numbers 19, 12, 13, 14, 15, 32, 33 and other agriculturist of three villages i.e. Village Gambhirpur, Niwari and Para of Tehsil Bilhaur District Kanpur Nagar may be in a position to carry the agricultural equipments to their agricultural land for smooth ploughing their agricultural land."
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays withdrawal of the petition.
Prayer allowed.
Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
