Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

Present writ petition has been filed for direction to respondent to pay arrears of salary and payment of Rs. 16,60,000/- to the petitioner

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that husband of the petitioner was elected Pradhan and was entitled for honorarium of Rs. 3500/- per month. The said amount has not been paid to husband of the petitioner since 2016. It is next submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that husband of the petitioner is in jail, therefore, she filed this writ petition on his behalf. It is next submitted that a representation in this regard has been filed before Block Development Officer, Block Pali, District Gorakhpur on 14.12.2020, which remain undecided.

Under these circumstances, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before Block Development Officer, Block Pali, District Gorakhpur within three weeks from today. In the event, any such representation is filed, the Block Development Officer, Block Pali, District Gorakhpur shall look into grievance of the petitioner and pass reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
