Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Satyendra Prakash Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State, Sri Kailash Prakash Pathak, learned counsel for respondent no. 3 and perused the record.
This writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs:
"(I) Issue a writ, order order direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent No. 1/ Sub Divisional Magistrate, Mohmmedabad Gohana, District Mau to decide the Case No. T201515510445 Mahanth K. Krishna Mohananand Giri Goswami Vs. Bhishma Pitamah and others within stipulated period as specified by this Hon'ble Court.
(II) Issue any other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
(III) Award the cost of present writ petition in favour of the petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel informs on the basis of instruction that impugned case has already been decided by respondent no. 1, certified copy of which is part of the instruction, it is directed that learnedStanding Counsel may send the order to the petitioner.
With this observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
