Hon'ble Gautam Chowdhary,J.
Learned counsel for petitioners, after arguing for some time, on instructions, submits that he does not want to press the prayers and seeks liberty to move the appropriate authority with the prayer to give protection to petitioners in view of Government Orders dated 31st August, 2019 and 05th September, 2019.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for State-Respondents, has no objection to aforesaid request.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty, as prayed for.
