Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

This petition has been filed with the following relief:-

"1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the respondent no.1 to immediately act and adjudicate upon the complaint made by the petitioner being Complaint No. 50084 of 2021 filed on dated 27.01.2021;

2) Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing the respondent no.1 to adjudicate the complaint within a specified period of 30 days."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued in favour of the petitioner so that the aforesaid case of the petitioner pending before the court below may be decided expeditiously.

Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.

Considering the facts of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1 to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of certified/computer generated copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
