At this stage no cause for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus to the tribunal below is made out. Further learned counsel for respondent Food Corporation of India Sri Santosh Kumar Mishra in his usual fairness contends that the respondent is a model employer will cooperate in the proceedings before the tribunal below. The earlier delay was occasioned solely on account of Covid-19 pandemic. To establish the bona fides of the Food Corporation of India as an employer it is submitted that the Food Corporation of India shall tender its written statement/ reply before the tribunal below within a period of six weeks from today.
The writ petition is disposed of.
