Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions submits that the petitioner has made an application for demarcation of the disputed parcels of land in November, 2016. The demarcation cannot be made as on date as the area is submerged.
In case demarcation application is made before the competent authority at the appropriate time, the same may be processed as per law.
The writ petition is disposed of.
