Heard Sri Pramod Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents No.1 and 2.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioners have approached this Court assailing the interim order passed by the learned appellate court. The interim order was granted in favour of the respondents No.3 and 4 so as to ensure that the remedy of revision does not become illusory.

Faced with this, Sri Pramod Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the relief sought in this writ petition. He recasts his relief. The only prayer made by Sri Pramod Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners is that the revision registered as revision/case No.1251 of 2019 (Computerized Case No.C201905000001251 (Arun Chandra and another Vs. Pragya Prakash and others) may be decided within a stipulated period of time.

Learned Standing Counsel submit that the revising court is under an obligation of law to make efforts to decide the aforesaid revision within a reasonable period of time.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The respondents No.3 and 4 to the lis are already duly represented before the learned revising court.

In wake of the preceding discussion, interest of justice will be served by directing the learned revising court/Additional Commissioner (Judicial)-II, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur, to decide the revision/case registered as Revision/Case No.1251 of 2019 (Computerized Case No.C201905000001251 (Arun Chandra and another Vs. Pragya Prakash and others), preferably, within a period of three months from the date of production of a computer generated copy of this order, downloaded from the website of High Court, Allahabad. The authority/official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court, Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.

The writ petition is disposed of finally.
