The petitioner claims that he is entitled to be reinstated in service on the foot of the award dated 29.03.2005. The award was ex-parte to the respondents-employer.
By order dated 30.03.2007, the labour court allowed the recall application and set aside the ex-parte award dated 29.03.2005. The order dated 30.03.2007 has been quashed by this Court in a judgement rendered on 30.06.2008 in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 13877 of 2008 (Triloki Singh Vs. State of U.P. and others).
The controversy has been decided by the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 9467 of 2010(Sewa Yojak Pariyojana Prabandhak Vs. Triloki Singh and another), by a judgement rendered on 21.11.2019.
In wake of the judgement of the Supreme Court, no further orders are required to be passed in this case. The writ petition is dismissed.
