Heard Sri Ram Kumar Pandey, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Shahabuddin, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The impugned order dated 19.06.2018 records that the proceedings against the petitioner for employment of child labour are pending before some authority. The authority passing the impugned order consequently cannot make any orders in this record. There is no infirmity in the impugned order.
Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions submits that a final order has been passed in the controversy by the Assistant Labour Commissioner, Aligarh on 19.06.2018. This fact could not be disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is dismissed.
