Present writ petition is preferred for a direction commanding the District Magistrate, Moradabad/respondent no.3 to re-construct the new Village Panchayat Wazidpur, Block Dilari, Tehsil Thakurdwara, District Moradabad as per the Government policy/Government Order No.Panchayat Nirvachan 2020/No.2578/33-3-2020-03 Ra.Ni.Aa/14 dated 6.11.2020.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is permanent resident of Village Wazidpur, which is a part of Gram Panchayat Guldiya Mafi, Block Dilari, Tehsil Thakurdwara, District Moradabad. The State Government issued the aforesaid Government order dated 6.11.2020 wherein the direction has been issued by the State Government to the Director, Panchayati Raj, Government of UP, Lucknow, the District Magistrate, Moradabad and other District Magistrates for delimitation and reorganization of Village Panchayat but inspite of the categorical order, till now the District Magistrate has not reprieved the petitioner.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending.
