Learned counsel for the respondent Bank Sri Pratik J. Nagar submits that the Bank does not wish to press the award passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division)/Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Mirzapur and shall not make any application for execution of the aforesaid award.
The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the Bank.
It is open to the Bank to take out appropriate proceedings for recovery of the loan amount, as per law.
