This writ petition has been filed raising dispute of non-inclusion of name of the petitioners in the Election Roll of Village Panchayat Election, 2021.
In our view, the writ petition has become infructuous by passage of time.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed at this stage as infructuous.
However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to move an appropriate application before the competent authority for inclusion of their names in the Election Roll as and when the occasion arises.
