Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents through video conferencing.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has sought a direction in the nature of Mandamus to the respondents to make necessary correction in the date entry on the basis of actual cast strength of Gram Panchayat Banjari Kala, Block- Haliya, District- Mirzapur. The dispute is being raised with respect to voters in Village Panchayat Election, 2015.
In our considered view, the writ petition has become infructuous by passage of time.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed at this stage as infructuous.
