The petitioner seeks a direction upon the third respondent to consider deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list of Nagar Palika Parishad, Ward No. 31 and to add her name in Ward No. 14 of Gram Panchayat, Badarpur, Zila Panchayat Ghaziabad.
The prayer was made in connection with panchayat election 2021 which are already over.
In view of the above, we deem it appropriate to dispose off this petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to seek for addition/subtraction of her name from the voter list as and when the revision of the voter list is next carried out.
