The prayer of the petitioner is to command the respondents to delete the name of the petitioner and his family members from the electoral roll of Nagar Panchayat, Gahetu, Block Nidholi Kalan, District Etah and not to delete the name of petitioner and his family members from the voter list of Village Panchayat, Gahetu, Block Nidholi Kalan, District Etah.
This petition was filed in the month of February, 2021 when the elections of the Panchayat were to be held.
As the elections have already been held in meantime, the petitioner would have liberty to make a representation at the time of revision of the electoral roll, as and when, the exercise is undertaken.
In view of the above, we dispose of this petition by leaving it open to the petitioner to ventilate his grievance at the appropriate stage.
