This is an application for withdrawal of the writ petition filed by the petitioner.
Sri Rahul Gaur, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not wish to prosecute the writ petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same.
Sri Bhishm Pal Singh, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 as well as learned Standing Counsel do not have any objection to the aforesaid prayer.
The withdrawal application is allowed.
The writ petition is dismissed.
The interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
