Sri Komal Mehrotra holding brief of Sri Arvind Kumar learned counsel for the respondent nos.2, 3 and 4 on the basis of instructions received by him states that the terminal benefits of the deceased employee have been computed, compassionate appointment has been given to the dependant of the deceased. As far as the family pension is concerned, the matter is under active consideration and the family pension would be released within a period of one month from today.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take an expeditious decision in the matter of grant of family pension and release the admissible benefits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
